The fire that broke out at the Holy Cross Primary School in Cape Town was extinguished and the pupils and teachers inside were all safely evacuated.
A fire fighter on site confirmed that there were no injuries or fatalities. The school itself sustained much damage in the blaze. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
