People from various religions will unite on Monday, in celebration of Reconciliation Day on the 16th of December, to participate in the third annual Reconciliation Walk in District Six.

At 08:50 participants will gather at Moravian Church on Moravian Hill in Zonnebloem where they will begin the peaceful march. Along the designated route, walkers will have the opportunity to stop at three places of worship, St. Marks Church, Al-Azhar Mosque, and Holy Cross Church.

As the focus of the march this year is the story of District Six, a presentation highlighting the past, present and hopeful future of the area will be viewed at the last stop, Holy Cross Church. The event is set to conclude by 11:00.
